I can't enter ranked games!

You need at least 20 champions to play ranked games.
With the amout of Blue Essence you have on your new account, you can buy even more than 20 champions.

Can I change nickname?

Yes, simply open League of Legends store in LoL Client and choose Account > Change Summoner Name. You will have a chance to change your nickname for 13900 Blue Essence.

What nickname will my account include?

We create our accounts with pretty ordinary and simple nicknames, for example: SavaaaNNi, schurzG.

Is warranty included with an account?

Yes, we give our proved lifetime replacement warranty with each account. If you have any issues with your purchased account just simply let us know via support@smurf-accounts.com
